They say a legendary warrior lives in these parts. In the desert, away from town. a relic from one of the old wars.
I say it's just people talking.
Besides ... what kind of legend would be stupid enough to live out there.

This is honestly amazing! What program did you use to colour this? Did you ink this by hand?
The colouring is very impressive, and the detail...! Wow. Great work!

I drew this out in pencil and used Photoshop to color and line it. I used allot of the shading and texturing from the original paper and then graced it into being with Photoshop. Its quick to color that way and also gives a sort of grit to it that I like.

In order to using the texture of the original paper, are you using the multiply layer to colour it? I mean, your colouring style seems like it's somewhere between CG and markers. It's really amazing! I honestly thought that this was done using traditional media:nod:

I used the colorize function in hue/saturation to give it color and then tinkered with the burn and dodge to get more highlights and shadows. But all the detail, grime, and so on is paper.
